Quick and Easy Taco Ingredients
- Corn tortillas
- Lettuce
- Cilantro
- Taco sauce
- Avocado
- Filling – cheese, leftover cooked chicken or fish. Cooked beans
- Any other taco condiment
Quick and Easy Taco – How to cook
- Heat the non-stick pan.
- Spray with vegetable cooking spray.
- Lay the tortilla flat on the pan.
- Let the tortilla get hot and soft
- Lay the filling ingredients on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold over.
- When the taco is crispy, flip it over.
- Cook taco until the filling is hot and the tortilla crispy.
- Open taco and pack with goodies.
Wine with Tacos?
Yes, wine does go with tacos. A glass of white wine or a Rosé wine pairs perfectly. Try a wine that is crisp and bright. Some suggestions.
