It is Sauvignon Blanc Time

Sauvignon Blanc wines for spring time
Springtime means Sauvignon Blanc wine

Spring season means Sauvignon Blanc time

Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent wine for enjoying the springtime weather. Chilled white wine and the outdoors go hand-in-hand. Sauvignon Blanc wines are easy to find. Supermarkets and grocery stores carry many labels. Wine shops tend to carry more boutique and specially-vinted Sauvignon Blanc.

Which style of Sauvignon Blanc wine do you prefer? The Vintage Wine Tasters have some lovely Sauvignon Blanc wines to recommend. We’ve been tasting California Sauvignon Blanc wines over the past two weeks. The styles of Sauvignon Blanc range from crisp and refreshing to smokey, barrel-fermented wines; from delicate, aromatic S.B. to abundant grapefruit and gooseberry flavors.

Getting back soon to somewhat normal

A year has gone by since our first virtual wine tasting. Even though we could not meet in person, we have had much delight and benefit from our biweekly online get-togethers. Things are looking positive for us old Vintage Tasters to get back to meeting together for an outdoor lunch and wine tasting. Mid-May and we will be celebrating in style.

These guys know their wines!
