I’ve enjoyed a number of the wines recommended here, some of which I had already discovered prior to finding this site. So I’m guessing our tastes are similar. I have become a huge fan of the La Celia Pioneer Malbec, and have found it regularly around Raleigh, NC for $12-14. I’ve had the La Celia Supremo 2008 Malbec which RP awarded a 93, and frankly I found the Pioneer every bit as good at half the price.
Thanks for the recommendation of the La Celia. I will have to see if this Malbec is around my area. Let us know if you find any other bargain gems. Thanks for reading the articles on our blog.
