Cost Plus World Market Half-Case Wine Sale

Wines we like at Cost Plus World Market

Cost Plus World Market half-case wine sale is on from now until April 9. Once the sale is over, a new sale will emerge with likely the same sale prices. That’s the way the wine sales at World Market seem to work. There are some excellent buys on this sale and on some closeout wines as well. I shop at the Bridgepointe Cost Plus, so closeout prices might vary from store to store. Here are the details.

Charles & Charles Rosé $6.48

This is a rock-bottom price for the Charles & Charles Rosé. It is Vintage Wine Taster Mike’s favorite Rosé. Dry, crisp, and refreshing, it is a wine to have on hand for Springtime. At the Bridgepointe store, the Charles & Charles Rosé at $6.48 is the closeout price. The usual price at Cost Plus is $7.99, which beats other nearby store prices.

The Locations E Red David Phinney

We have reviewed the delicious Locations E non vintage wine by David Phinney. It is a delightful Spanish red blend wine. The best price we have seen on this wine is $12.99. $9.90 is a crazy Best Buy for the Locations E. Check out the price at the Total Wines.

Keller Estate Sonoma Coast Ora de Plata Chardonnay 2014

Cost Plus World Market wine sale
Keller Estate Sonoma Coast Chardonnay for under $10

For $9.90, this a great Best Buy Wine. It is not for all Chardonnay drinkers. Chardonnay wine lovers who like big oak and butter in their Chardonnay will be disappointed. The Ora de Plata is aged in neutral oak barrels, much like White Burgundy wines. The winery price is $32. Wine Enthusiast rates it at 92 points.

Other Best Buy Wines at Cost Plus

  • 2017 Meiomi Chardonnay $13.99
  • 2017 Dry Creek Vineyards Fume Blanc $9.62
  • 2016 Dry Creek Vineyards Heritage Vines Zinfandel $14.87
  • 2016 Decoy Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon $16.79
  • 2017 J Vineyard California Pinot Gris $12.99

To get the sale price, one must be a member (join at the checkout counter) and buy a half case, mix-or-match of wine. For the closeout wines, the Charles & Charles and Locations E, appear to be a single bottle price. This is at the Bridgepointe store.

Cost Plus World Market states it will match any price on a wine found at another store. Take photos with your phone to make your case.

  1. I was fortunate to get information from Joe and bought a mix of Charles and Tapiz roses – then I used my birthday on line coupon for an additional 15%!!! The deals mentioned are excellent.🍷
